Barak's and Ohr's project

this may seem a bit strange, but this is what our 2 teenagers have been busy with for the past year. Barak and his friends discovered the opening of an ancient water hole near our settlement. They dug it all out, uncovering a 3 meter deep water hole used nearly 2 thousand years ago. Now they are busy building it up with walls around, seating etc.
Ohr is very connected to the earth. They decided to plant an orchard on one of the nearby hills. It started out with a few trees. Now they have over 100 olive trees, figs, grapes, and other locally grown trees. They also built an Arab style shed- all made out of stones, and have begun the construction of a wooden shed. They also have spread our irrigation to water the trees.
